COSTA BRAZIL SUPPORTS LARGE EVENTS SUCH AS NAVEGISTIC, HELD IN MANAUS, FOR THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE NAVAL LOGISTICS SECTOR

The company, which has a strong presence in Manaus (AM), presented its exclusive equipment and innovative solutions during the event

This May, Costa Brasil participated in Navegistic 2023, the largest Intermodal and Fluvial Ship Logistics Fair in South America, held for the first time in Brazil, between the 16th and 18th, in the city of Manaus (AM). Multimodal Integrator, based in Santos (SP), and with a strong presence in the north of the country, brought to its stand all its experience in the sector, its customized solutions also for wholesale and retail trade, and its exclusive equipment for stuffing and unloading of containers in the steel sector, which optimize the operation time by more than 80%.

“Participating in big events like Navegistic is always an opportunity for companies. Supporting the business initiative of bringing a fair of this line to Manaus is also an opportunity to collaborate with the development of logistics, the shipbuilding industry and all the sectors involved in this environment. It is also the opportunity to broaden important discussions for the constant progress of the sector”, commented the National Sales Manager of Costa Brasil, Alessandro Baamonde, who represented the company during the three days of the event.

Baamonde also spoke about the opportunities provided. “Navegistic brought together hundreds of visitors from different parts of Brazil and the world. An environment conducive to expanding networking with new clients and suppliers, showing the differential of Costa Brasil to a wide audience, at a time of immersion in this competitive and growing world of logistics”, he added.

The fair also provided opportunities for contact with business partners, such as Estaleiro Juruá, which maintains an excellent business relationship with Costa Brasil. “Our 30 years of experience in the field of navigation and shipbuilding guide our productive capacity and allow us to process more than 20,000 tons of steel per year. Faced with this reality, Costa Brasil makes it possible to optimize maritime and road operations, ensuring efficiency in the delivery of raw materials to the Shipyard. Costa Brasil has been developing intelligent management throughout these 10 years, always seeking the optimization of processes and efficient delivery in the Amazon”, described the Commercial Department of Juruá Estaleiro.
